Will Linthicum

Will Linthicum is a licensed real estate agent proudly serving Maryland’s Eastern Shore with Benson & Mangold Real Estate. Born and raised in the heart of the Shore, Will brings a deep-rooted knowledge of the local area and a genuine passion for helping others find their place in this unique and vibrant community.

A 2010 graduate of High Point University with a degree in Marketing, Will was also a member of the university’s lacrosse team and Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. His background in marketing, combined with his prior experience in real estate, gives him a strong foundation to effectively serve buyers, sellers, and investors alike.

Will is rejoining Benson & Mangold with renewed energy and commitment after spending time outside the industry—and he's excited to once again help clients navigate the market with confidence and ease.

When he’s not working, you’ll find Will enjoying the outdoors—hunting, fishing, or spending time with his 5 year old son, William. He lives in Trappe, Maryland with his significant other, Emily, and their two dogs, Hula and Lena.
