Raised in Potomac, MD, Susan Somerville developed a lifelong appreciation for the Eastern Shore’s timeless beauty and coastal elegance. A graduate of the University of Maryland, Susan built a successful career in New York City’s fashion industry, representing luxury brands such as Calvin Klein, Daryl K, and Magashoni in high-value deals with premier retailers like Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, and Bergdorf Goodman. As International Business Development Manager at Informa—the world’s leading market-making company—she drove revenue and market growth by implementing data-driven strategies, helping clients stay ahead of industry trends, generating high-quality leads, and building lasting customer relationships.

Susan applies all these same skills as a waterfront and luxury homes specialist. Armed with an extensive network along the east coast, savvy social media and marketing skills, Susan’s always ready to go to market. Her clients and colleagues appreciate her keen attention to detail, her drive to get the best results, and her boundless energy.
