Shelly Gearhart

Shelly became a licensed agent in 2014 after being raised in a successful real estate family. She is also a Transaction Coordinator for one of the region’s Top Producers, Brian Gearhart. She facilitates all necessary documentation for each transaction and serves as the liaison between clients, lenders, and title companies/lawyers to ensure each transaction goes smoothly, meets the deadlines, and closes successfully. Shelly also serves as Brian’s Team Lead to all social media, CRM’s and Zillow/Trulia marketing and advertising activities. Frequently referred to as "The Brains behind the Chaos;" Shelly successfully handles hundreds of clients at any given time.

Shelly and her husband, Brian, have raised their four children in Talbot County on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, and are involved with several local organizations and non-profits.
