Shelby Roney
Shelby, an Associate Broker, has been a licensed Realtor since 2003 and carries several designations including GRI, PSA, & C2ex. She has been an active member of the Mid-Shore Board of Realtors most recently serving as the 2024 President, Pres Elect, Secretary, and a past 7 -term Treasurer, in tandem with the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, past Community Service Chairman, Education, and Membership Committees. Shelby was also on the 2024 Maryland Realtors Executive Committee as the Local Board President Representative. Shelby brings a unique skill set of experience from real estate sales, management, and training, along with handling all the day-to-day listings, and contracts, and serving clients and agents with her knowledge of the area. Shelby currently lists and sells all types of residential properties in the Mid–Shore area and values her long-standing relationships with her customers, clients, and fellow REALTOR colleagues. Shelby feels each transaction should begin with a friendly and knowledgeable approach that continues with communication throughout and follow-up during and after the sale. As a multi-generational Eastern Shore Native, originally from Wye Mills, Maryland, Shelby graduated from QACHS with honors, received an AA degree from Chesapeake College, and currently resides in Easton with her husband and two sons. Over the years, Shelby has devoted numerous hours volunteering and working with various local charities and organizations, but mainly the local youth sports teams. Shelby and her family enjoy everything our Mid-Shore and Chesapeake Bay region have to offer. In their spare time, they enjoy boating, fishing, hunting, biking/hiking/nature trails, playing sports, and spending quality time with friends and family.
