Relocating in 1988 from Baltimore, Sheila has established herself as a true authority on Maryland's real estate landscape. Transitioning from her legal and marketing background, Sheila recognized her innate potential as a real estate agent and embarked on a remarkable journey. Her dedication and achievements have been recognized with numerous designations and awards, including the Mid-Shore Board of REALTORS® Rookie of the Year in 2006. Her exemplary leadership skills were further showcased during her presidency of the Mid-Shore Board of REALTORS® in 2016, and she was honored as Professional of the Year in 2018. Sheila holds the GRI, CRS, ePro, PSA, and C2EX designations. In 2021, Sheila was named Managing Broker for Benson & Mangol,d overseeing its offices and sales force. 

Beyond her thriving career, Sheila finds fulfillment in various aspects of her life. She enjoys exploring new destinations through travel, spending time at the beach and any time shared with friends & family.  Sheila is a proud mom of 2 adult children and 6 grandchildren. Additionally, she dedicates her time to giving back to the community by volunteering with multiple organizations.
