Randy Staats

After many years of boatyard and new boat sales in Annapolis, Randy relocated to Talbot County and focused his expertise on commercial real estate, while still maintaining a strong residential real estate presence. He represents Buyers and Sellers on both sides of the Chesapeake Bay in all aspects of real estate including farms, marinas and boatyards, residential waterfront and any other property you may need. Randy’s diversity in the market has enabled him to merge buyers looking for waterfront homes or investments homes, with clients looking for sound real estate opportunities in the local and greater metro area.

Randy currently lives in Oxford and enjoys all the recreational opportunities the Eastern Shore provides.
