Iva Herr

Iva has joined Benson and Mangold as an agent and ready to use her local knowledge of downtown Easton along with the surrounding towns and counties to help Buyers and Sellers achieve their dreams of home ownership and residential investing. Although not a native to the Eastern Shore Iva has lived in Easton for 30 years after growing up in the Catonsville area. Iva has been a licensed member of NAR for 15 years and has been an active member of St Mark’s United Methodist Church since she moved to the area. She sings in the choir and is on the SPPRC – Staff, Parish, Pastor, Relations Committee. Iva is known to enjoy spending time with her son, gardening, and at the gym, Fitness RX.

She also enjoys music and dancing, traveling to visit friends, and time at the beach. She is a member of the Mid-Shore Board of REALTORS® and will be working out of our Washington St office, but is happy to meet with you at any of our local branches in Talbot, Caroline, Dorchester, or Queen Annes Counties.
