Born and raised on Maryland's Eastern Shore, Connor has called both Dorchester and Talbot counties home, giving him deep local knowledge and a genuine appreciation for the communities he serves.
Connor's interest in real estate began long before it became his career. As a young entrepreneur, he owned and operated a land management company serving Dorchester and Talbot counties , which fostered a strong appreciation for the land, homes, and communities that make the Eastern Shore unique. He went on to attend the University of Maryland, where he studied Economics and Real Estate Development. While in college, Connor purchased and restored a historic home in Cambridge, giving him firsthand experience with investment, renovation, and preservation. Those experiences, combined with his lifelong connection to the Eastern Shore, continue to shape the way he serves his clients today.
Following graduation, Connor began his career with Gartner in its Venture Capital division before transitioning to Fidelity Investments as a private wealth advisor. During his time in the financial services industry, he earned his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and advised a diverse range of clients, from individual families to institutional investors. This experience provided him with a strong foundation in investment strategy, financial planning, and long-term wealth preservation.
After years away from the Eastern Shore, Connor made the decision to make Talbot County home once again and embrace the lifestyle that has always meant so much to him. Today, he is a proud member of the Chesapeake Bay Properties of Benson & Mangold team, where he specializes in investment properties, waterfront real estate, and generational family holdings. His unique combination of local expertise, real estate knowledge, and financial background allows him to provide thoughtful guidance to buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the region.
Outside of real estate, Connor enjoys golfing, open water swimming, and spending time with friends and family.
