Connor LeMire

Born and raised on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Connor has lived in both Dorchester and Talbot counties, giving him a deep-rooted knowledge of the region and a genuine passion for the place he calls home.

An avid lacrosse and soccer player growing up, Connor also owned and operated a land management company serving Dorchester and Talbot counties from 2013–2018. He went on to attend the University of Maryland, where he studied Economics and Real Estate Development. While at Maryland, he remained closely connected to the Shore by purchasing and restoring a distressed property in Cambridge’s historic district.

Following graduation, Connor began his career with Gartner in its Venture Capital division before moving into private wealth management with Fidelity Investments. During this time, he earned his Series 7 and Series 66 certifications and advised a wide range of clients, from families to institutional investors.

After four years away, Connor returned home to Saint Michaels to embrace the Eastern Shore lifestyle he has always valued. Today, he is a proud member of the Chesapeake Bay Properties Team, focusing on residential and commercial sales with a specialization in investment portfolios and generational holdings.
