Brian Petzold
I grew up in Talbot County. My family lived abroad, and my travels have given me an appreciation of how idyllic and special this area truly is. Being a full-time agent since 2000, combined with my local knowledge and network of homeowners, I offer my clients and customers experience and dedication whether buying or selling a home. It is gratifying to share my appreciation and knowledge of the area, boating, home construction, and common problems related to home ownership.
I am a graduate of Providence College in Rhode Island. Go Friars! Over the years I have been involved in many different organizations and volunteer groups within the community such as Director of the Mental Health Association in Talbot County and am a current member of the Mid Shore Board of REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee. I enjoy exploring the more than 600 miles of tidal coastline in the county (the most of any county in the US) and the multitude of local ice cream shops with my family- wife Katharine, daughters Ruby and Elena, and son Arthur.
