Anna Larkin has been with Benson and Mangold since 2008, following 20 years with the boutique firm Nily Realty and Champion Realty’s Easton office. Her 30+ years’ experience in the real estate field and over 40 years residency on Maryland’s Eastern Shore equip her to guide her clients through the buying and selling experience with knowledge and confidence.
With her home base in Talbot County, she is familiar with Kent, Queen Anne, Caroline and Dorchester Counties and has a history of sales that span the wide price range one finds here on the “Shore,” from first time home-buyers to multi-million dollar waterfront estates. This variety, she says, makes the days exciting and fun – each client and each project is interesting and unique, with its own challenges and satisfactions.
Anna is an alumna of Hollins University and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University.
Prior to her real estate career, Anna was the staff Director at the Academy of the Arts (now the Academy Art Museum) in Easton. She has served as president of the Talbot Arts Council, vice president of the Tidewater Performing Arts Society, president of the Eastern Shore Chamber Music Festival, chair of the Chesapeake Chamber Music Competition, and has been a director of the Talbot Board of REALTORS®.
Anna and her family came to the Easton area in 1976, moving to the same property on Peachblossom Creek where she and her husband raised their family and she still lives today. In addition to her involvement with real estate and the arts scene, she enjoys tennis, travel, the theatre and her five grandchildren.
