Randall Wallace grew up in Forth Worth TX where he
majored in Business Administration at the Neeley
School of Business at Texas Christian University.
He has a strong background in new business startups
which began with Randall's Gourmet Cheesecake
Company, a wholesale manufacturer with a national
presence, serving customers such as Whole Food
Markets and Borders Books. In 1993, Mr Wallace
opened the four-star nationally acclaimed Randall's
Café Winebar and Cheesecakery, taking it from
inception, to successful brand, to blueprint for
multiple unit expansion. The companies held the
Randall's name until 2006.
Randall, his wife, Ellen, and their two sons moved
to Easton in 2002. He then joined Champion LLD
Commercial and was later a co-founder of
Whitney-Wallace Commercial Real Estate Services.
Randall has served on various boards and worked
closely with such organizations as Cook Ft. Worth
Children's Hospital, the Ft. Worth Jaycees,
Ronald McDonald House, Lena Pope Home for Children,
Camp John Marc, Cooking for Kids, Ft. Worth
Women's Shelter, and the Arthritis Foundation.
He will be working out of the Benson & Mangold
Commercial Office located at 31 Goldsborough
