Barbara was first licensed in 1976 and has been
one of the most successful real estate brokers's
on Maryland's Eastern Shore. She is devoted to

Barbara holds an Associate Broker’s License, is
a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI),
Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and
Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).

Married to Butch Watkins for 31 years, she has
2 children, Kyle and Meredith, and 2 grandchildren.

Board of Realtors, the National Trust for Historic
Preservation, and the Cambridge Yacht Club.
