Bill Wieland

With over 40 years of experience as a sales associate, broker, owner and property manager, Bill has the knowledge to meet all of your real estate needs. He has a strong reputation as a committed full-service broker who offers service above and beyond expectations.

 

Bill received his Maryland Broker’s license in 1976 and continues to further his knowledge in real estate. He has received designations for Certified Residential Manager, Graduate Real Estate Institute, Certified Buyers Representative, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, and Accredited Residential Manager. He is professionally affiliated with the Mid-Shore Board of REALTORS® and served on the Mid-Shore Board of Directors, he is a member of IREM and an Accredited Broker Buyer.

 

Bill real estate achievements include the development of Thread Haven, a prestigious 56-lot subdivision; the Easton Business Center, a 22-unit commercial subdivision; Country Club Estate, a 14-lot subdivision; managing and maintaining 100% occupancy for the largest Easton office complex for a 12-year period; and developing a full-service property management firm. He has consistently ranked in the highest annual real estate sales in Talbot County and has received multiple awards for being a top producer in the Mid-Atlantic area.

 

Bill, and his wife of 43 years, Rebecca, raised their children in Talbot County and are very involved within the community. Bill is active in many organizations including the Easton Elks, St. Mark’s United Methodist Church, Master Gardening Program, Hog Neck Men’s Golf Association, along with many others. He is an active golfer, boater and fisherman, and an avid collector of decoys and folk art. Bill is knowledgeable and experienced and always enjoys having the opportunity to introduce people to the land of pleasant living.
